Receive a Proposal from Us
We'll send you a proposal including scope confirmation, pricing, and an order form for your signature.
ETA: ≤ 1 day after submissionSign and Return the Order Form
Review the proposal, sign the order form, and return it to us. You can include a retest in your initial order or order it separately later.
Complete the Payment
Make the payment as outlined in the instructions you will receive. At this time, we only accept bank transfers.
Receive Technical Instructions from Us
We'll send you technical preparation instructions including any access requirements and pre-test setup steps.
ETA: ≤ 1 day after paymentFinalise Technical Readiness
Complete the technical preparation items and confirm to us that everything is ready for testing to begin.
Test Start Confirmation
We confirm the test start. Testing begins the following day after your readiness confirmation.

Receive a Proposal from Us
You will receive a comprehensive proposal including our understanding of your needs, engagement specifications, proposed testing approach, methodologies, terms and conditions, and an order form.
ETA: 2 days after submissionSign and Return the Order Form
Review the proposal carefully, sign the order form, and return it. You can include a retest upfront to save administrative work, or order it separately later for a more accurate effort calculation.
Complete the Payment
Make the payment as outlined in the instructions you will receive. At this time, we only accept bank transfers for payment.
Test Kick-Off
You'll receive an order confirmation and we'll schedule a kick-off call to start preparing for the test. Your active participation is essential during the preparation stage — tasks include providing test credentials and informing your ISP.
